For nurseries
Do you handle everything, or does the nursery need to organise the day?
We handle the full process. We agree a date, arrive set up and ready, manage the flow on the day, and parents order online afterwards. Nursery admin is kept to a minimum.

Is there any cost to the nursery?
No. There’s no fee for the nursery. Parents choose and purchase directly online.

How long does a nursery photo day take?
Most nurseries take half a day to a full day, depending on numbers and how the timetable runs. We’ll confirm a plan in advance.

What ages do you photograph?
Typically 6 months to 5 years. We tailor the approach by age so it feels natural and calm.

Do you photograph siblings?
Yes. We can photograph siblings who attend the nursery together.
​
What about children who are shy or upset?
That’s normal. We work quickly and gently, with simple prompts and play-based interaction. If a child isn’t comfortable, we pause and try again later, wherever they feel more confortable.

How do parents view and order the photos?
Parents receive a secure online gallery link. They can order prints and digital downloads directly, with delivery to their home.

Do you offer digital images as well as prints?
Yes. Parents can choose prints, digital downloads, and packages.

When will parents receive their photos?
Galleries are usually available within 48 hrs after photo day, and delivery times depend on the chosen products. We’ll give clear timelines in the parent email.

Do you provide nursery photos for learning journals / displays?
Yes. We can supply a nursery set (group/class photos and/or selected images) depending on what you need.

Do you need a lot of space?
Not usually. A small clear area indoors works well. We bring our own equipment and can adapt to your space.

What do we need to prepare before photo day?
We’ll send a simple checklist, but typically it’s: confirm the schedule, identify a space, and share the parent info email (we can provide the template).

Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes. We carry appropriate public liability insurance and enhanced DBS checks.

Can we choose the style/background?
Yes. Our look is consistent and premium, and we can adapt setups to fit your space and preference.

Do you cover our area?
We cover Bristol and Gloucestershire and London. If you’re slightly outside, ask—we may still be able to help.

For parents
How do I access my child’s gallery?
You’ll receive a secure link by email/text from your nursery. If you didn’t receive it, ask the nursery first, then contact us.

Can I order both prints and digital downloads?
Yes. You can order prints, digitals, and bundles.
​
Can I buy extra copies for family?
Yes—multiple quantities and gift orders are available at checkout.
​
What if I missed the deadline?
In most cases, you can still order. If a gallery has closed, contact us and we’ll advise what’s possible.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes—before your order ships. Contact us quickly with your order number.
​
What if my order arrives damaged?
Message us with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate.
